Equipment Returns
- Certified Pre-Owned and Refurbished: Due to the rigorous testing and restoration process, all sales of refurbished machinery are final. We encourage on-site inspections at our Southern California location prior to purchase.
- New Equipment: Unopened and crate-fresh equipment may be returned within 15 days. These returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover handling and testing.
- Special Orders: Customized or non-stock items are non-returnable.
Service and Repairs
Labor charges for commercial appliance repair or installation are non-refundable. If a mechanical issue persists following a repair, please contact us within 48 hours so our technicians can address the concern under our service guarantee.
Shipping and Logistics
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
