Description

The Hobart 84145 Food Cutter is a heavy-duty commercial, 5-lb. capacity “buffalo chopper” powered by a HP motor, ideal for processing meats, fruits, and vegetables for salads, spreads, and bread crumbs. It features a -inch rotating stainless steel bowl, dual cutlery-grade stainless steel knives (1,725 RPM), a burnished aluminum housing, and safety interlocks for the bowl cover.
