The Lincoln 1116-000-U Impinger II Express is a 40,000 BTU gas conveyor oven (18″ belt, 56″ length) that uses impingement technology to cook 2-4 times faster than conventional ovens. A double-deck setup boosts capacity for high-volume pizza/sandwich shops, offering 250-575°F temperatures and digital controls, with FastBake optional.
